Seven Agency — Terms of Service Last updated: March 2026

1. General By engaging Seven Agency for any digital service, you agree to the following terms. These apply to all projects including websites, branding, social media, advertising, and any other digital deliverable.

2. Services Seven Agency provides custom digital services tailored to each client. The scope, timeline, and price of each project are defined in a written proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Payment A deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery. All prices are fixed and agreed upon upfront — no hidden fees.

4. Revisions We include revisions in every project until the client is satisfied with the result, within the scope defined in the proposal. Requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

5. Timeline Seven Agency commits to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. Standard delivery is 7 business days from the start of the project, unless otherwise specified.

6. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery timeline.

7. Ownership Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. Seven Agency retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality Seven Agency agrees to keep all client information, business data, and project details strictly confidential.

9. Termination If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Seven Agency reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to meet agreed obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability Seven Agency is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country).
